This page is designed to provide the reader with
an ‘easy to read’ format which explains
our company structure, warranty and policies. This
is to be used in association with the official warranty
that is provided with each product or detailed in
our sales literature.
Corporate
Identity
Radial Engineering Ltd. ("RADIAL") is
a limited corporation that operates under various
names or brands including C•TEC (aka JP Cabletek
Electronics Ltd.), Cabletek Electronics Ltd., Tonebone,
Primacoustic, Zebracase, Gefell America, Marketpro
and The Index Group. All of these brands and/or
subsidiaries are the property of Radial Engineering
Ltd.
Warranty
Information
Standard Warranty:
All products sold by RADIAL come with a 1-year limited
warranty. This limited warranty protects you against
defects in workmanship. The warranty does not cover
any consequential or inconsequential damage or any
losses. Specifically, if you have a problem due
to defect, you must make the arrangements and cover
the costs to return the product to us with a copy
of the original sales invoice and we will repair
the product and return it to you at our cost. All
warranty claims require a return authorization.

Transferable
3-Year Warranty:
Some RADIAL products come with a 3-Year Transferable
Warranty. This means that if you buy the product
and decide to sell it, the warranty can be transferred
to the person that buys it, thus providing continuous
warranty support and added value. This Transferable
Warranty follows the same procedures and limitations
outlined in the Standard Warranty. This means that
if you sell the product, you must provide the buyer
with a copy of your original invoice so that he,
in turn, may be able to submit this should a warranty
claim be required.
Warranty
Limitation:
As with all typical warranties, only manufacturing
defects are covered. Furthermore, parts that are
subject to wear and tear such as switches, potentiometers
and tubes are not covered under this warranty. This,
however, does not mean that these will not be repaired
or replaced free of charge. We pride ourselves in
supporting the products we sell and will often exchange
these parts free of charge pending the age of the
device. This decision will be undertaken by RADIAL
and in no way obliges the company to perform such
tasks.
Artist
Relations
Artists wishing to enter into a relationship with
RADIAL or it’s subsidiaries are requested to
send a bio and commercially printed CD to the company
to the attention of Artist Relations. Due to the overwhelming
number of submissions, we make no guarantee that we
will reply but will do our very best. Keep in mind
that our goal with artist relations is to work with
artists that are well known and/or have sufficient
market appeal to influence musicians and industry
associates. This means that for the most part, we
are unable to support up-and-coming artists. Like
all manufacturers in the music industry, RADIAL has
a very active artist relations department that works
closely with artists and various companies to develop
new products and expand brand awareness. When artists
or their support staff make contact with our company
to either purchase or receive product from us, both
parties understand that the intent is to provide mutually
beneficial advantages to each party, such as using
the artist name to promote our brands for greater
visibility in the media in exchange for lower prices
or sometimes free goods. It is understood that should
RADIAL agree to sell a product directly to an artist
or customer (not through a resale dealer), this is
done as a means to provide RADIAL with brand association
with the artist. This means that if we decide to sell
a product or give it away free to an artist, the artist
agrees and authorizes us to use his name, image and/or
quotation for marketing purposes on our website, magazine
advertisements, press releases, packaging and/or print
media. Should an artist prefer to not have his name
associated with our company, it is the artist’s
sole responsibility to provide us with a written letter
from him or his representatives detailing the limitations
that are being requested. We understand the sensitivity
of this issue and will do whatever we can to ensure
the artist is presented in a professional manner.
If the artist is not interested in authorizing our
use of his name or image, we ask that he simply purchase
our products through an authorized RADIAL dealer.
Product
Submissions
On occasion, RADIAL is sent unsolicited product submissions
from individuals that have ideas that they would like
to bring to market. Sometimes these individuals feel
that they have a product idea that is of marketable
value. More often than not, variations on these ideas
have already made it to market, have been discussed
in chat rooms, are in the development stage, or even
have preliminary or partial patents in place or applied
for. Therefore, we cannot accept any unsolicited ideas
or be legally bound for any product ideas that are
sent to us for review. Should you have an idea and
would like to submit it to us, you must disclose your
idea without any legal binding notice and the use
of this idea will be the sole decision of Radial Engineering
Ltd. Any decision to provide remuneration or compensation
will be entirely and solely made by RADIAL.
